Hallam Safety Solutions is led by Tam Hallam, an experienced HSEQ leader with more than 15 years of health, safety, environmental and quality experience across high-risk sectors.
Tam’s previous career experience includes HSEQ leadership on the Ardersier Port redevelopment—a major Scottish infrastructure programme involving multiple Principal Contractors, marine construction, heavy civil engineering and complex operational interfaces.
That experience also includes developing integrated management systems, supporting certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, leading assurance activity and providing senior management with clear, evidence-based HSEQ reporting.
Hallam brings that major-project discipline to every engagement, while remaining accessible, responsive and focused on what is proportionate for the client.
